A space to begin
It can be hard to know where to start when life feels overwhelming. I’m Felicity, and I believe meaningful change begins in a relationship where you feel truly heard and accepted.
Psychotherapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centred. At the heart of person-centred practice is the belief that meaningful change emerges through genuine connection. I trust in people’s capacity to make sense of their experiences when met with empathy and acceptance.
I am deeply committed to working in a way that does not pathologise human experience. People come to therapy carrying the weight of loss, trauma, difficult relationships, or environments where their needs were not fully met, not because something is wrong with them. I begin with the understanding that your life makes sense in the context of what you have lived through.

If you would like a space to talk, then you are welcome.
You may be going through a painful experience, a loss, or a period of change and want support in making sense of it.
Perhaps your reason for seeking therapy is less clear. You might find yourself reflecting on who you are, questioning your direction, or wanting space to explore questions of identity, belonging and purpose.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. If something in your life feels like it needs attention, this kind of therapy can offer the space to explore it.
-
My sessions offer a thoughtful and attentive space where you can bring whatever feels most present for you.
As a person centred therapist, I focus on understanding your experience as deeply as possible. This means our work together is not based on techniques, formulas, or diagnosing problems to be fixed. Instead, it is guided by your experience and the unfolding conversation between us. I pay attention to what feels significant, including feelings that may not yet have words, allowing space for what is important to emerge in its own time.
Over time, you might find that having a space where your thoughts and feelings are taken seriously allows something to shift. As your experiences become clearer, it can become easier to trust your own sense of what matters, and to respond to life in ways that feel more true to you.

I welcome people with all kinds of lived experience.
Many of my clients have come to therapy during periods of sudden or significant change, including grief and loss, relationship changes, becoming a parent, or shifts in identity.
I also work with people who feel tired of systems that have tried to define them without really listening. People who have been labelled, categorised, or misunderstood and are looking for a space where their experiences can be explored more thoughtfully.
Whatever brings you here, you are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Finding the right therapist matters and it can be helpful to have a chance to see how the connection feels before beginning.
I offer an introductory call where we can talk about what has brought you to therapy and you can get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be short term, long term, or open ended, depending on what feels right for you. Sessions can be online or in person.
My Background and Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in education supporting young people who were struggling to find their place in the world. Many had been labelled as difficult or problematic when in reality they were responding to environments that had not understood them. That experience deepened my belief in the power of empathy and genuine connection to bring about change. I later moved into supporting survivors of domestic abuse and gender-based violence as they rebuilt their sense of safety and self.
In 2022, I began training in Contemporary Person-centred Psychotherapy, and since 2023, I’ve worked for low-cost therapy services across London. I’m now registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a psychotherapist in training and am working towards full accreditation in private practice.
